Product Availability

All products offered on the Site are subject to stock and availability, so delivery time may vary with prior notice from us, or the order may even be canceled and the User's charges refunded in case .

If the delivery time offered is not to the User's complete satisfaction, the order can be requested to be cancelled.

Shipping and delivery costs of products

IZAPA makes shipments to the entire Mexican Republic through a transport company.

Shipments to the Mexican Republic (in MXN)

  • In CDMX delivery in 3-5 business days
  • In the rest of the country 5-7 business days

Prices:

Bulky or heavy shipments will have a cost of 500 pesos.

Free shipping to all the Mexican Republic

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the person receiving the package will be required to sign and provide their name to the courier. Please make sure someone is at home to sign for your package.

To avoid problems (wrong addresses, etc.) it is essential that from the moment you process your purchase you fill out the form correctly. In case of any eventuality with your delivery we will let you know by phone or via email.

IZAPA will send the products purchased by the User to the address specified by the User for this purpose as long as said address is within the coverage area communicated by IZAPA.

The delivery time begins upon confirmation of payment by the bank, online payment platform, or IZAPA Credit department.

The products will be sent and delivered to the User by third parties (hereinafter “Transport Companies”). By virtue of the foregoing, the User agrees to submit to the shipping and delivery of the products to the delivery policies of the Transport Companies themselves, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions of Use.

The cost of “heavy shipments” is calculated by the weight and volume of a package. If the weight and volume of a package exceeds the established volume, it will not be possible to place an order through our website. We recommend you to contact us by our WhatsApp or email info@izapabeauty.com

The period described on the Site is an estimate. In this way, it is possible that this deadline changes for logistical reasons and force majeure. In the event that due to any fortuitous event or force majeure that may delay the delivery of the products purchased on the Site, IZAPA will at all times be exempt from any liability.

If the User has not received the products within the period declared by IZAPA, they must contact the Company through the customer service center.

The cost of freight will be added to the value of the purchased merchandise and will be calculated and informed to the User before confirming the purchase.

At the time of delivery, the person receiving the merchandise will be asked for official identification (voter ID, passport, FM2 immigration form or driver's license), so it is required to have this document on hand when delivering the merchandise.

IZAPA suggests that the User verify the integrity and quality of the products received at the time of delivery. If the User is not satisfied with the products, they are asked not to receive the delivery from the Transport Company and to immediately contact the IZAPA customer service center.

Cancellation of the purchase of products

The User may cancel the purchase of Products made through the Website, as long as the Products purchased have not left the IZAPA warehouse. In the event that the Products have already been sent by IZAPA, the User will not be able to cancel the purchase made, and will have to follow the procedure presented in the “Returns” section of these Terms and Conditions. In the event that the Products purchased by the User have not been sent, the cancellation option will be available. In the event of cancellation of the purchase made by the User, the amount paid by the User will be refunded in accordance with the “Refunds” section of these Terms and Conditions.

Returns

We have complete confidence that our products will meet your expectations. But, if this is not the case, here are the Return Conditions:

The User may return the products purchased through the Website, as long as:

1. Request the return within 30 (thirty) calendar days following the delivery date.

The product(s) are in the same conditions in which they were delivered to the User and, to the extent possible, with the original packaging and labeling, or alternatively in some similar format that guarantees return in perfect condition.

The client has made a return and the collection is at the same delivery address, applying this term to products delivered within our coverage and the client has sent them to another destination at their own expense. This means that IZAPA is exempt from making collections outside of delivery coverage.

The cost of shipping for exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptional cases:

  • The products are defective or it is a different product than the one purchased through the Website

Allergy Problem: If the client is sensitive to the product after use, please request evidence and the prescription, doctor's receipt to obtain an exchange or refund. This should not be more than 7 days old.

The cost of shipping for defective products is the responsibility of IZAPA.

Return Process:

The process of returning the Products will be as follows:

The User must contact the IZAPA customer service center within the established period requesting the return of the products and providing, first and last name, order number, names of products to be returned, address at which the products will be collected. In the event that the return is due to the fact that the product or products are defective or it is a different product than the one purchased through the Website, the User must also express this circumstance, as well as mention, where appropriate, the defects of the products, (hereinafter the “Return Request”).

Once the Return Request is approved, IZAPA may send the User a guide for shipping through the corresponding Transport Company, as well as schedule the date on which the Transport Company will collect the products from the address provided by the User.

The User must, where appropriate, pack the product in its original box or packaging, print and deliver the guide, as well as the Products in their original packaging or box to the Transport Company on the date scheduled for this purpose.

Refunds

If the payment was made by debit or credit card, the refund will be made through a chargeback on the same card that was used as long as 30 (thirty) calendar days have not passed after the charge. If the payment was made by other means or has already exceeded 30 (thirty) calendar days after the charge, the refund will be made through a bank transfer to the User's account.

The User will be refunded the cost of the returned products plus the cost of freight paid by the User for them.

IZAPA is not and will not be responsible for the expenses caused by returns that occur without respecting the steps established in the procedure presented in the “Returns” section.

Deadline for refunds in case of cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the purchase made by the User in accordance with the “Cancellation of the purchase of products” section of these Terms and Conditions, IZAPA must request a refund from the User for the entire amount paid by the User within of the following 7 calendar days counted from the date of cancellation of the User's purchase.

Deadline for refunds in case of return

Once the products returned by the User are received, IZAPA will review the returned products.

In the event that the products received by IZAPA comply with the characteristics established in point 2 of the “Return Conditions” section, the Company will have the obligation to return the money paid by the User within 7 (seven) calendar days counted from from the day IZAPA received the returned products.

User Responsibility in relation to transactions

The User assumes responsibility for all costs, fees, taxes and demands that may arise from the use of this Website. The access data communicated to the User for their profile have been designed exclusively for personal use, and must be treated confidentially. The User must modify their passwords regularly. All transactions carried out through the profile account will be charged to the owner of the relevant profile account, and will be binding.

The User is responsible without limitations for direct and indirect damages, as well as consequential damages, that could be caused by gross negligence or illegal intention.

IZAPA reserves the right to reject the registration of a User Account if it considers that the User has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, without the Company being obliged to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision and without generates the right to compensation or compensation in favor of the User.

Billing Policies

The User must send a billing request to the Company's customer service center 24 hours from when the purchase was made. Invoice requests will not be processed for purchases that do not fall within this period.

When requesting the invoice, it will be necessary for the User to have on hand and provide the following tax requirements:

  • RFC with Homoclave
  • Full name or company name
  • Complete tax address including street, neighborhood, delegation or municipality, state and postal code
  • Form in which the Payment was made (cash, electronic fund transfers, nominative checks or debit, credit, service cards or so-called electronic wallets authorized by the Tax Administration Service)
  • Indicate at least the last 4 digits of your payment account
  • Email where the invoice will arrive
  • Once the corresponding invoice has been issued, IZAPA will not be able to re-invoice or issue subsequent invoices.
  • The CFDI Use Key
  • The payment method (cash, check, transfer, etc.)
